Nakheel Mall

Begin your fitness journey with weekly yoga sessions in collaboration with Yoga La Vie every Saturday at Nakheel Mall, with a variety of sessions starting at 7.30 am, 5.30 pm and 6.30 pm. Due to limited capacity, visitors are encouraged to arrive early to book a seat in advance.

Nakheel Mall is also hosting free cycling classes in collaboration with Fitness First every Tuesday morning and evening at The Rooftop.  Arrive early and book your bike in advance.

 From 21 to 27 November, Nakheel Mall will be partner with CRANK, Dubai’s indoor cycling and boutique fitness studio, to host an immersive silent DJ session that can only be heard through complimentary disco headsets. Dragon Mart

Win a trip to Georgia with Dragon Mart’s badminton tournament, starting 5 November, in collaboration with YFL Sports. Men’s singles, women’s singles, men’s doubles, women’s doubles and mixed doubles all take place at Dragon Mart 2.

Due to limited capacity, contestants will be selected at random. Register for your preferred category by 2 November at  https://mall.dragonmart.ae/en/badminton-tournament-competition. Qualifiers will take place on the weekends of 5, 6, 12, 13, 19 and 20 November, leading to the semi-finals and finals on 26 November. The winners of each category win a free trip to Georgia for two.

Souk Al Marfa

Souk Al Marfa, Nakheel’s newly opened waterfront souk and marketplace at Deira Islands, is organizing a one million Peso basketball shoot-out challenge. For the chance to compete, tune in and submit your name to Tag 91.1 FM, the leading Filipino radio station in Dubai, where five contestants drawn at random will be announced every day from 1 to 20 November.

The shoot-out qualifiers take place at Entrance 3, Village 4 of Souk Al Marfa, on 5, 12 and 19 November, followed by the final round on 26 November where the winner will be crowned and awarded the one million Pesos.

Palm West Beach

Get fit beachside at Palm West Beach on Palm Jumeirah, starting with a Storm Cycling session on Friday, 19 November from 8 am to 9 am for an active start of the day, followed by Barry’s Boot Camp from 9 am to 9.50 am.

Plus, sign up for a fun Zumba class on 20 November from 4 pm to 5 pm to learn Latin dancing, followed by a calming yoga, Pilates and stretching with Yoga La Vie, from 5 pm to 6.30 pm.
